About Me

Hi, I’m Ethan. As a kid I loved making movies with friends, and I guess I never grew out of it. I studied Film and English at Lawrence University, and after graduation I started a production company with a few friends. Together we produced music videos, short documentaries, and promotional videos for local businesses.

In 2021 I began working for Picture Factory, which has given me the opportunity to work around the country and internationally in a range of specialty camera operator positions, including Jib, Technocrane, Cable-cam, Robo-cam, and Stedicam. I’m always looking for new ways to move my camera, which has led me to become a licensed drone operator and learn to fly FPV drones.
